Book Review - Before I Go To Sleep by S.J. Watson

Before I Go To Sleep by S.J Watson is a book about Christine, a woman with amnesia. Everyday Christine wakes up and needs to be told the past 20 years of her life. She has a husband named Ben. She had an accident, and now suffers memory loss. The problem is, the man she knows as her husband isn't telling her everything.
This is when Dr. Nash comes into the picture. He gives Christine a journal she writes in every day and reviews every morning, which helps her unravel the mystery that is her past.
This book is amazing. It is a very inspirational story of a woman who refuses to give up. It would have been so easy for Christine to give up and life an unfulfilled life of house chores, but she wants to learn the truth no matter how hard it could be.
This book is Watson's debut novel. I am no expert in psychology or amnesic patients, but I feel like a lot of research and expertise has been put into this novel. I highly recommend this book.
